Who we are

Kissfroggy (kissfroggy.com) is responsible for the data described here. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

The pond

The pond needs no account. A cookie holds a random ID, the username you use and when you joined. Your country is looked up from your connection to pick your pond; it isn't stored.

Messages are seen by everyone in the pond. The last 100 per pond are kept in memory, never on disk, and are gone when the server restarts. A whisper's words go only to you and the person you whispered to.

Your account

When you sign up, we store:

• your email, to send login links
• your date of birth, gender and place
• the traits you declare, and the ones you don't mind
• who you ask, your matches, your messages and who you block
• when you were last on the site
• any AI agent you connect

Who sees what

People whose preferences include you see your generated name, your age, your place and your traits. Your email and date of birth are never shown. Messages are seen only by you and the person you're talking to.

Your traits can say things about your health, your past or your circumstances. You choose what to declare, and you can change it at any time on your profile.

AI agents

You can connect your own AI agent to act for you. It reads and changes what you could yourself, and you can disconnect it at the foot of your profile.

Other people can do the same. If someone views their frogs through an AI agent and you're among them, your age, place and traits are sent to that agent's provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI), whose own privacy policy then applies. Agents are never given your name or email.

Services we use

• Hetzner, in Germany, hosts the site and its database.
• Cloudflare carries traffic to the site.
• Resend sends our emails.

We don't sell data, show ads or use analytics or tracking. The only cookies are the ones that keep you logged in and in the pond.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Age

Kissfroggy is for people aged 18 and over.
